Hi Reb! Thank you so much for the suggestion. The back bandage works well but it's *murder* in the summer, so this sounds like it would be a much more breathable and summer-friendly alternative. I'll have to check it out :)

Hi Diane
I'm a bit large on top as well, 38-D. I've tried most everything to look sleeker in kimono (Ace bandage, kimono bra, etc.) but my current favorite bust-flattener is a 1-size too small "Champion Double Dry® Seamless Full-Support Underwire Sports Bra" that I bought from our local sporting goods store. (Check Champion's website). I'd been wearing one of the Champion bras in my size for a couple of weeks for taiko (I used to wear an underwire bra under a standard sports bra) and LOVED it so much, so I figured that a smaller one would work for kimono kitsuke. Not only does it work, it's easy and fast to put on, breathes, and has adjustable straps. Much better than a kimono bra since it supports better. If you want speed and convenience, you might consider it.
Cheers,
Reb in Arizona (Reiko)
